I am lowkey flabbergasted rn

If you didn't see my other post, i had to leave in the middle of a valorant match. I get a 7 DAY BAN FROM RANKED(I said it was 6 day but it was actually a 7 day ban, I have 42 hours left on the ban). I created a ticket and this is what it gives me. I also tried to come back but my freakin internet cut out 😐
