"That domain is already associated with an existing project" error, when it's not

I had legacy project, thought it's easier to re-create it using same domain name rather than update everything Deleted old project, it throw a lot of random errors with "Contact your CloudFlare team". Since I'm on free tier there's no CF team for me 😐 Re-created project, but now trying to attach custom domain it throws error "That domain is already associated with an existing project." Looking at DNS settings, it's not attached to anything. It doesn't have any DNS records
