RNot possible as you really need to live in the new region and log in a few times over some weeks for riot to change your region (via support). Then you will be playing in that region and can't just switch back.
Swhen im doing the 2 week process, can they detect im using a VPN?
RLikely, and you'll only be able to play with bad ping as your region will be switched, and I think it takes more than 2 weeks.
