STEPS
-exit vanguard
-do Win + R
- Write then "%temp%" and Enter
-Erase all data in that folder and if a file doesn't erase do skip
-then open riot client
-and it will ask you to restart
(WORKED FOR ME)
Whenever I exit it and do Win + R
I get a blue screen and it forces a pc restart….

when it ask me for admin persmission it said that some riot vanguard updater was on "temp" i erased it and it had to reinstall that update
then it asked me to update to play
and i am able to launch
It didn’t say that for me 🥲

when i lauch the riot client
temp folder
it asked me for something in the temp folder

then type "%temp%"
and press enter
there you have the temp folder

i disable it and it worked
i have the avast antivirus that saved me for crashing
ok it suddenly said 'play' after uninstalling avg it
