Yes. In my opinion it is the best way of fixing any fivem bugs or issues, i would say clear your cache even though you will not save anything in the server. Worth it but losing everything.
No it’s not
It’s been disproven time and time again, and only puts more stress on your internet connection as you need to re-download all of the content again
FiveM is self healing, so reinstalling doesn’t help and clearing your cache is pointless as it only affects the content you download from servers
So please don’t suggest that here again, unless someone is having cache corruption issues that are extremely rare and more often happen when there’s an issue on our end
Click save information the next time it happens and report it to Cfx.re through their forum. We can’t investigate crashes here.
I think everyone's fix is different. I struggled with this error for months and I tried literally everything. Then one day I updated my bios and now I never get this error

Then one day I updated my bios and now I never get this errorprobably because the crash was fixed? like I said, clearing cache isn't a "fix" unless you have a really badly corrupted cache, and if you do have that, then you won't be able to connect to any server it's a placebo, all it does is forces you to re-download server content - that's literally it, it doesn't fix crashing issues that may be caused by content, because as soon as your game loads that content again you'll start crashing again each piece of content stored in your client cache is hash-checked with the one that the server has, if there's a difference in the two hashes (such as corruption or a file being altered/updated) then your client will re-fetch that piece of content so that it has the most up to date version of it

And it's not fixed, ik plenty of people who still have this error
it's probably related to a piece of content we have
but there's no way for us to actually tell unless people submit their crash reports to Cfx.re
if it's an issue with the server (which, again, we can't figure out alone) then they'll reach out to us and ask for more information
The support forums on cfx have been filled with this type of error for some months now and the last time I checked the devs haven't even acknowledged this error which is causing so many people problems ☹️
