i bought the goblin slayer helmet off the roblox catalogue but it's not letting me use it ingame
what is up with this?

When buying a UGC item, it is meant to show up outside of the game on your avatar. It will not show up in game as to not confuse other players with what you actually own in game and what you don't.
Again for those of you who do not understand, the UGC items are accessories for outside of Combat Warriors. Thank you, have a nice day.
