Weird. Would this happen on a global scale? I shouldn't have more than 2 requests per colo per minute, so it shouldn't be coming from one place...

TBH, I wasn’t ever 100% sure I was being sampled, I just knew that my RPH went from 20k to 200, so I was guessing that it had something to do with sampling. I’ll try your idea, and see what happens
