hacked gmail and then the password was changed
hello, my email that i used for my valo acc was hacked and today i saw the hacked changed my password and i cant get it anymore. I tried contacting valo in any way i could but they didnt seem to answer. I have spend a lot of money on this game and i would like to get it back. Let me know if you can help me with this situation (user and tag=kurashi#goofy)

My account got hacked 2 days ago.
All we can do is post a ticket
I have sent 3 tikets in total but none of them are responded

The email got hacked? not the account? I'm pretty sure you could hackback the email if you bind your phone number to the email.
Probably removed too
You should stick to 1 ticket, the answer to ur ticket might take 1 day or even longer. Once u verify the ownership of ur account by answering such questions like First and last 4 digits of the credit card, PayPal Purchase IDs, First Upgrade, First Agent etc. u will get the account back
