Permanent ban for no reason
I didnt play valorant in a month and today i wanted to play with my friends but my account got permanently suspended for no reason at all
Maybe i got hacked? And some months ago when i bought some riot points i bought the battle pass and i had some points left. Next day i lost all of them and i realised someone bought 3 battlepass tiers. It was not me, what do i do?

i dont know the email, it was my cousin's account
and she wont respond to my messages
Well there is not much you can do without knowning the account details
I doubt they will unban the account anyways
Make sure to enable 2fa on your own account so this doesn't happen to you
