I can't install this software anyway. Looks like I'll have to use someone else's packaged version.

The problem I'm having is that after installing A1111,version 17.0, I can't create the stable diffusion webui folder, so I can't proceed to the next step of the installation. I don't know what went wrong? I'll upgrade my system and try again. Would love to have your help!

I edited the PYTHON location directly into the webui.bat, so I don't have to modify the environment variables, right?
