Cannot perform IP Discovery - socket closed

I am getting this error

Why is this.. I contacted the host to see if it was because they were blocking the firewall , But they said there was no issue on their part . How do i fix this?

i tried contacting the host. They are saying that they are not blocking any out going connections to discord.
