I got hacked recently and I'm wondering how long does it typically take for the support team to get back to you?

probably a day but if u didn’t had 2fa and full security they just gonna say it’s ur fault

like my friend got hacked and they just told him no recovery for players without 2fa
I'm pretty sure I had 2fa
if u did u should have got a mail
with a code
I didn't get any mail
I usually get mail when someone logs in though
Not 100% sure
I have like the credit card details I used and other info
Not sure if they accept those or not
And other misc details
Yeah I didn't get mail for the login but my last email says 2fa enabled
And I got a bunch of codes from last time
