Umm its my first time ever playing and as soon as I downloaded it this popped up is this normal for new players or what’s happening?

I had it deleted for like a year i just re downloaded it
And it happened as soon as i pressed start to que
And i dont think i raged since I rarely do i only delete it because i had no one to play with
