game stuck

was stuck on match loading screen for 20 minutes because someone had shit internet or spec (not me running a 5800x with a 3060ti) So i decided to doge, but when logging back in the game it still is trying to connect to that spike rush match from 40 minutes ago which should be over by now, and it just stuck on a black screen. Doesnt seem to be client side since i tried logging into a different account and that worked. Also tried logging in to bugged account on a different pc and same error occurs
