I know this isn't really about val but I get some screen tearing in val and im not sure why

I updated the driver today, I have a feeling it's something to do with this and im not too sure what to do in this tab (my pc is like 165 fps)

i guess there is no solution then. getting a monitor that supports gsync is the only solution i can think of, maybe capping fps but that was probably done
