basically my friend got banned for like 3 weeks but then they didn't have access to they couldn't receive any further penalties on that account however when they logged it says they had another ban for one year what should I do?

I say either just wait out the ban or call riot support or something

but they waited out for the ban and today when it was lifted they had gotten another suspension
Wait so he got a 1 year ban and now another suspension and you don’t know why.
no he got a 3 week ban
but then
he logged in
didn't do nothing
And it said he had another suspension

Well it says disruptive communications so there is a reason. Then again just ask riot support see if they can lift the ban if not ur friend is just gonna just have to wait it out. 😢
yes for the first one but there wasn't anything he had done to get the second one
