i have shifted to windows 10 do i have to re download valorant?

after shifting to windows 10 i went the directory where my valorant was installed in windows 11 and it was not in C then i went to Riot Games/Riot Client/Riot Client Services.exe after running it a pop up shows up saying Repairing and then it creates a Riot Client shortcut on desktop I ran the Client But its saying me download whole 29 GB again even i have the full version already pls help
