ban appeal
is there any chance i can appeal a perma ban in valorant? i was hacked last year and someone played on my account , getting me banned and trying to unban it himself , so when i try to appeal it now they send me a bot automated reply saying they already talked about it in the old ticket , that wasn't even written by me and i couldn't access it , so is there a chance a real support can contact me or should i give up the account even if i was hacked the last year?

man if you waited this long you're probably screwed
I didnt xD , i left the game for one year and i just re-activated my account to find it banned
