I cant download Valorant cause a riot client is already running!

I checked every where in my computer and i still cant find it. I restarted my computer re download the installer and tried searching the c:/Riot Games/Riot Client/vcruntime140. dll folder and deleting it but its nowhere to be found on my laptop ( I think)
