The navigation links seem kind of lost, you could make them bigger and/or reduce the height of the header.

regarding your layout: For the header. I would recommend resizing the logo to the same height as your CTA button, and pulling all the elements in until they vertically align with the hero text and image.
I also do not think you need the upper nav bar. I'm not sure what the use case is for showing the website address there, but keep in mind, in the real version, it will already be showing just above that in the browser. And the phone number could be incorporated either as an icon on the main nav, or in the contact
Personally, I like the white header better than the blue one, I think the logo and CTA button both look much sharper in blue
for the hero
In this section, you have a full bleed background image, but you are also indicating some sort of Key Image will be put on the right side. I'm not sure how that will look to have an image on top of an image. You could try taking the bg image and putting it in the hero image instead, and maybe having a more modern bg with blobs or gradients or stripes etc
Or, you could use that key image area to instead show off something else like statistics/graphs that show the work this organizaiton has accomplished
For the about us section, it's a little hard to judge since you only have the wireframe so far, but you should be able to tell once you insert the content if it will be dynamic enough to leave as is, or if you will need to spice it up to make it more interesting
