Valorant wont start due to lack of permissions

Hello, last night I discovered Valorant wouldnt go past the loading screen with the image graphic, and hence i tried reinstalling the game. Turns out now I cant access the game file for some reason, the following error is cited (check attachment). Anyone got a fix?
