You can dress up as one, drive around as one. But it isn't actually a RP server so not everyone will want to join in with you.
Rockstar Mischief is a SANDBOX server, it is NOT a roleplay-focused server. Roleplay is not enforced.
If you WANT to go around as a cop, you can. If you want to drive a cop car and speed around sirens on, you can.
But, no one is required to RP with you, no one or required to listen to you or obey you, and retaliating against them for not doing so can get you in trouble depending on how severe you retaliate.
