mistakenly got this thing from the nvidia app

anyone knows which settings might be enabled mistakenly that it started showing like this in the game . also as per my specs ryzen 7 4800h , 8gb ram , rtx 3050 8gb gives me only 100 fps maxed at lowest settings , any possible solutions ?
