This build of Vanguard is out of compliance
Anyone know what I can do to fix this problem. I tried the BIOS and UEFI as well as reinstalling it

you need secure boot and tpm 2.0 enabled
im pretty sure i had those enabled but ill check again
Then revert to windows 10
got it fixed apparently it was tpm 2.0
