I cant get access to the my ticket on the support what can I do ? (the same page work on my second account but I opened ticket with the first one)

I lost access to my account (my login stoped working) so I had to send ticket with my other account and now I cant even talk with the support cause It doesnt open the page

you can try opening the support site in incognito
and signing in on that
and see if that works

you cant submit a ticket while not being logged in
