windows 11 is overall poor for gaming
i always recommend not using it if you plan on gaming as its primary purpose
it could also be that windows 11 is not the cause
why are you so certain thats the reason?
i had this problem back in windows 10, tried reinstalling and it was fixed. in windows 11 the problem is still appearing after i tried to reinstall valorant
