We are not technical support unfortunately. We cannot help you with issues regarding the website as we have no control over it. Check your email to see if you got a confirmation email If you did, the ticket went through and it's just visual.

SprayAllGood My ticket was submitted just a week ago, switched up to at least 5 different support members after having a lot of steps to go through, last thing I know it, it disappeared. Checked my email, Wokege

You could try and make a new ticket explaining the situation and try and continue your ticket from there
