No one will even help me. I've been asking for help and no one is helping. Even google can't help.
Basically, I can't hear my teammates' comms, yet I can hear everything else in the game perfectly. And yes I have Team Voice chat on.

The reason nobody is helping is because nobody knows. Valorant's voice chat is in quite honesty completely horrid and there are so many issues that have yet to be fixed and nobody knows the answers to
