sumbitting a ticket but its disappearing

im trying to sumbit a ticket about my account that was hacked and permanently suspended but everytime i do it says that the ticket was created but when i go to my tickets its not there and when i go to my gmail and go to the link they give this screen shows up wtf is going on? i just want my account back
