im in manul trasmision and i dont know how what is key for change the gear

The J menu manual transmission option is dedicated only to wheel users.
Open the chat, type /manual and press "R" to enable manual transmission. Also, ask in the game, usually lots of players will be able of helping u out with such a problem!
