can u refund skins

I was just wondering if u could refund skins cuz if I refund reaver karambit I could get vct knife

You can make a ticket and ask for a once in a lifetime refund It has to be bought within 90 days You can refund any skin you want (used and upgraded) Keep in mind you can only do this once in your lifetime and you have to make a ticket
