ERROR VAL 5. How do i fix it

Ive tried everything. Restarted my computer, changed dns servers, done some work with vgc, uninstalled the game, etc., but absolutely nothing helps. I can enter the game, but when im trying to reg the match or even go to training mode it crashes. It works with vpn tho, but it doesnt let me in the game entirely, but one time it did i had a huge ping. So what do i do, it all happened after i downloaded some update yesterday.
