Why is the T3 Stack using Database sessions instead of JWTs

You can do whatever you want
JWT's are meh
I always use jwt
dont want to type an essay in here
but if you can get away with using sessions, you probably should
sometimes you need jwts, but theyre annoying
alright so one should decide based on the use case i guess
why?
