Chat room not connect

Hey guys can someone help me its saying "chat room not connected" everytime I start a match I tried restarting my pc still didnt work can u guys pls help me I cant chat or use voice please help

cant even do that idk why I tried everything I updated my driver I updated my mic I restarted I tried everything I can but not working
