Just opened up VALORANT for the first time and was looking forward to playing today, but I seem to have come into a bit of a problem.
Every time I get into a game, be that practice mode / custom / actual live game. I'm seeming to get high network usage from VALORANT in my task manager and the game is causing itself to lag. My internet speed is on the lower end of the spectrum at a hefty 1.5mb/s, but I never have in game lag problems on any other games. I play CS, League, R6 all fine etc.
Could this be something to do with the high tickrate servers? I'm really not sure and I'd love to play through this beta without lag so pls let me know if anyone else has experienced this or if there's a known cause 😦
