Riot Vanguard Issues

Hello I've been having some issues with Riot Vanguard. I'm trying to uninstall it as a whole since I quit playing this game a while ago and I just now noticed that the Vanguard user-mode service node seems to open itself on its own and It's just been eating away on my CPU. So, I tried uninstalling it via settings but that obviously did not go so well due to the fact that It's just completely stuck. I've updated my computer, which did not change anything. I've linked a picture of how it looks like in my Task Manager. Does anyone have a simple solution for this?
