Why can others disable passive mode instantly upon reviving?
Whenever I get killed, passive mode is on as soon as I revive or respawn. It's also on cooldown for about 1 minute, so I can't disable it in that time. When I kill others and they revive, they can continue shooting at me immediately, so their passive mode is not on cooldown. How do they do that? I know you can do /passive to disable passive mode, but not right after you respawn because it's still on cooldown? How do you disable it permanently? When my passive mode automatically gets disabled after 1 minute, I get shot again right away and it's really annoying.

You can disable it by pressing
TAB
