Unable to submit report on Valorant

Hi team, I'm trying to report two team mates for toxic behavior via the Report page on Valorant's website. However, the report webpage isn't working. I want to report it via website and in game since I have videos of them violating ToS. If It's allowed, I'm more than happy to share the videos as well. - Jett's username was the N word - Raze kept saying the N word and used his ultimate on me - Raze kept going AFK but moving every now then to avoid the AFK report. I have the entire game clipped so I can prove all of these things.
