First, try using a VPN, otherwise:
- Press the Win key
- Type cmd and run as administrator
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
As soon as it's done,
- Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter
- Close the command prompt.
- Then, press the Win key;
- Type control panel and open it;
- Network & Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Right click on Ethernet > select Properties;
- Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and Click on Properties;
- Check "Use the following DNS server addresses;
- Preferred: 1.1.1.1
- Alternative: 1.0.0.1
- Close the open tabs > Restart your computer;
- Try now.

Then revert to the previous settings... WIth the VPN it didn't work either?
