Valorant stuck at 89%, 45% or any other weird number

For about a month now i have been passively trying to download valorant, with it not working ever. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling valorant, deleting the files, uninstalling riot client, disabling firewall, and putting riot in priority. Whenever i do any of these, it will always have the same result. It will start installing, get to 100%, then will go to Downloading installing or 0.1kb 0%. When looking at all the games, in the top left it will say a number like 89% or 45% etc, but even after leaving it for multiple hours nothing changed. Idk what to do.
