Stuck in loading screen when starting game

Every time I try to launch Valorant my game freezes. I Have tried restarting my pc and can't close the game without using Task manager. I was going to try and reinstall it but can't uninstall the game in any way I have tried. Can't even uninstall it in Programs and functions. What do I do?
