Comms being EXTREMELY delayed

everytime i chat something it takes like an entire round for it to be sent and during that time my vc is cut off and i can only hear ppl but not speak ive had this bug b4 but i cant seem to find any fix to it can someone help me?

forgot to mention the meshes and textures dont even load right theyre blurry af

restart game after the round that fixes the chat issue dont know about all the other issues how strong is your internet connection?

1 GBPS speed, bandwith is pretty good too anything else is fine but val it does those stuff mentioned above
