Stuck on downloading Riot Vanguard
I've been installing Riot Vanguard for over 2 hours now, it didnt move by 1 percent and i tried relaunching riot client. Tell me if that's an issue or it is normal. Thanks.

Trying to reinstall riot client and valorant, 2 things arent able to be deleted and even if i restart and remove start-up apps its still running.
i cannot end it
