Reshade RTGI
Would i get a ban if i used a modded version of reshade to enable depth buffer so i can use Quint RTGI (Ray
Tracing)?

you'd get a ban for using anything that gives you an unfair advantage against other players
so no, graphic mods won't get you banned unless they edit, remove or replace models/weapons in a significant way

Do weapon skins count?
That's what i have, along with ped skins (not replacing models)
