beeping noise and fps drops

I recently got my fan fixed because it broke and it was too loud Now whenever i play valorant or any game in general there is a fps drop from around 200-250 to 5-30, these beeps happen continously and make it impossible to play

Physical It happens when I run anything that like high in fps So I have to restrict my fps to like 30-60 to actually able to play any game

i´ve had a coil whine issue in rocket league before, only occured on uncapped and/or 200+ fps. solved it by simply capping it to my screen hz. might be the graphics card, might be the powersupply, idk

that sounds like thermal throttling but also some sort of coil whine you could download hwinfo or another program like msi afterburner to check your temps if they are normal, try running a game or benchmarking
