I hear everyone in the car meets music at once. Can i reduce this or something?

Also theyre radios are extra loud
What do you mean when you say "everyone's music"? like the music that they're playing through the voice chat?

I hear music but no SFX now
You could press M > online players, then click on the player's name you want to mute, then click on mute player

Maybe it just a small area so proximity
Also you can change SFX volume while voice chat is active in voice chat settings
