i didn't do it
Get rid of the - from your name and you'll be able to join
Follow the direction to change ur name and u should be good to play
the - is actually just part of the list of things wrong with their name
but the UI doesn't render accented characters, so when we do try and display them, they just don't show because no font exists for it
