Stuttering, fps drops, lag
I'm having micro stuttering and when I peek or being nearby enemies my fps dropping from 100fps to around 60-70 and stuttering.

Ive tried optimizing my game
Ive decreased it a bit but its still annoying. Especially when I fight someone my game might stutter when Im aiming at an enemy and I lose because of it

Gpu doesnt play a role i get the same fps on rtx 2080 as i get on a 980Ti
For framerate, the screen refresh rate matters the most
mine is 60hz
i get 60fps at max

Even tho my screen supports 1080
Yes capping your fps to monitor hz will be smoother looking image but you are putting yourself at measurable disadvantage of not going higher frame wise frames win games my friend
