I’m solely interested in removing the UI on the top left of the screen to create some content
 I purchased the bass subscription as told, and that wasn’t what was needed to remove the UI on the top left of the screen lyric then mentioned I might have to purchase a higher supporter package. Is it possible for me to get a refund or just pay the difference? I really can’t afford to purchase two different supporter packages.

Maybe contacting tebex could help about refund? Not fully sure though

He already tried that.. have you tried #tickets? @casualgaming84 and select other / miscellaneous and make sure you provide your tebex transaction ID if asking for a refund

I was gonna try ticket it stated to go to support first. And to confirm what tier do I need to remove labeling on top left of screen

I'm fairly certain if you go to #🛒｜supporting and click on the store that each package should tell you what it gives
It's super supporter+ only feature, it should also tell you that when you type
