Alternative storage source
Where can I set that pictures and videos should be saved to the external hard drive? Immich runs in a CT under Proxmox.

That's just whatever path you mount for your library folder, ie this part of the docker-compose https://github.com/immich-app/immich/blob/main/docker/docker-compose.yml#L8-L9
